What is the Trusted Tester Program?
We are constantly working to improve our products, and we believe the best way to do this is to make changes based on what has the most impact for our users. The Trusted Tester Program is our way of streamlining which users are happy to co-create with us, by engaging in user research activities.
How does it work?
We will reach out via email if and when we have a research activity that is relevant to your business. You are not under any obligations to participate by joining the program, but your participation is what keeps the program going. Depending on what the research activity is, you will receive an email with instructions for participation as well as any information about potential incentives.
Who is eligible for the program?
All customers can sign up to the program!
What do you get for being a trusted tester?
You will get to test out our latest products and features and help us create products that serve your business well. Depending on the research activity, there may be other incentives available like Amazon vouchers or even discounts on your next loan with us.
How do people sign up to become a tester?
All you need to do is fill out the form here.
Do you have to be an existing customer to become a tester?
You do not need to have an existing loan out with us to be a tester, but you will have had to sign up and apply for a loan at some stage in order for us to access your eligibility for various research activities.
Will everyone who signs up be chosen for a test?
Not everyone will be asked to participate in a research activity - this is largely dependant on what the research activity is.
What if I change my mind/want to opt out?
